Welcome to 139.123 Creative Writing!
The purpose of this site is to create a community of writers in 139.123 beyond the workshop. It's up to you how much you want to use this site. This is a place where you can debate issues of writing and reading, publish your writing to get additional feedback from other members of the class, post reviews of the work of your classmates, and clarify issues related to the paper.
If you are a student in 139.123, you will be able to log on to this site when it goes live on 22 February.
If you are not a student in 139.123 but you wish to learn more about this paper, please click here.
INTERNAL STUDENTS ONLY: To sign up for a tutorial, please log-on, click on "Your Info" on the top of the page menu, and follow the directions for choosing a tutorial/workshop time. Please choose your tutorial no later than 25 February. Space in each tutorial is limited. We request that you enter three choices. However, YOU MUST ENTER AT LEAST TWO TUTORIAL CHOICES--A FIRST AND SECOND CHOICE. Those who enter only one choice will not be given first preference. IF YOU ARE AN EXTRAMURAL STUDENT, PLEASE DISREGARD THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
In addition, this site allows you to:
- add to any discussion on the forum and in the study group rooms
- publish your work and review other people's publications in the workshop
- clarify frequently asked questions in the FAQ page
- get reminded of upcoming deadlines (reminders will appear to the right)
I look forward to seeing your work and hearing your thoughts on writing. If you have any queries about how to get involved in the activities on line, contact the staff listed on the contacts page.
